- Arbitration or Court: If unresolved, the dispute may be brought in the courts identified in Section 18 or, by mutual consent, submitted to binding arbitration in New York under commercially reasonable rules. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or data security.
20) Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions and that you will not use the Services in violation of export control laws.
21) Force Majeure
Extentage shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of government, labor disputes, internet failures, or platform outages.
22) Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23) Severability and Waiver
