Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors and users of extentage.com, including people who read articles, submit a contact or correction message, or enter an email address in a subscription form. Extentage is responsible for the personal information it collects directly through the Site. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
This policy does not apply to websites reached through external links. It also does not replace a payment provider’s, bank’s, advertising provider’s or social platform’s privacy notice.

Contact and correspondence
Name, email address, phone number if provided, message content, attachments and details included in correction or support correspondence.
Subscription information
Email address and related subscription status when a newsletter form is connected and you choose to subscribe.
Device and log information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, requested pages, referring page, error and security logs.
Usage and identifiers
Pages viewed, session activity, approximate geographic information, cookie identifiers and interactions with content or advertising.
Extentage does not ask visitors to provide passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, private keys, unredacted identity documents or bank credentials. Do not include such information in a contact or correction message.

Google explains that browsers may automatically send the visited URL and IP address when sites use Google services. Google Analytics states that its standard implementation may collect session statistics, approximate geolocation, and browser and device information, and that the _ga cookie stores a client identifier. 05 Disclosure and advertising
When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to hosting, security, analytics, advertising, email, form and technical providers that support the Site; to professional advisers; when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights; when required by lawful process; or in connection with a merger, financing, sale or reorganization.
Google’s Ads Settings can be used to manage advertising personalization associated with Google services. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect measurement, advertising frequency controls or some website functionality.

How long information may be kept
Extentage aims to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including responding to correspondence, maintaining subscription records, securing the Site, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention can differ by record type and by service-provider configuration.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live because Extentage’s hosting, analytics, advertising, email or technical providers may operate internationally. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, the responsible party should use an appropriate measure. This policy does not claim that Extentage is established in a particular country unless separately identified in verified publisher information.
07 Safeguards and children
Reasonable safeguards, not an absolute guarantee
Extentage uses administrative and technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission, storage platform or security process can guarantee complete protection.
The Site is intended for a general audience seeking payment information and is not directed to children. Extentage does not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Extentage so the report can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Extentage may need to verify the request and may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate records and protect against unauthorized disclosure. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to an applicable data-protection authority. Extentage will not discriminate against a user for making a privacy request where prohibited by law.

Privacy questions can be submitted through the Contact page or by email at hello@extentage.com. A response may be limited where identity cannot be reasonably verified or the request does not relate to information controlled by Extentage.
This policy may be updated when site practices, providers or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
